Tuna and Corn Sandwich

A quick and easy recipe perfect for 4 people!


  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 cup of corn kernels
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, for garnish (optional)


  1. Drain the cans of tuna and transfer the tuna to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the corn kernels to the mixing bowl with the tuna.
  3. Season the tuna and corn mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  4. Mix well to ensure the ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  6. Divide the tuna and corn mixture evenly among 4 slices of bread, spreading it onto the mayo side.
  7. Top each with a lettuce leaf (optional) and cover with the remaining 4 slices of bread, mayo side down.
  8. Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally to create triangles.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
