- 4 tuna steaks
- 2 eggplants, sliced
- 4 cups of Japanese green tea
- Instant pot
Instructions
- Start by seasoning the tuna steaks with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the sliced eggplants in the instant pot and add the Japanese green tea.
- Set the instant pot to high pressure and cook the eggplants for 5 minutes.
