Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna (in water or oil)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, empty the cans of tuna and flake the fish using a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences. Give it a good stir.
- In a separate large serving bowl, arrange the mixed salad greens as a base.
- Top the greens with the tuna mixture, spreading it evenly over the bed of greens.
- Add cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and black olives to the salad.
- Give the salad a final toss to ensure all the flavors are well-distributed.
