Tuna & Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 2 mini bell peppers, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small bok choy, chopped
- 100g mushrooms, sliced
- 10 black olives, sliced
- 1 can (approximately 150g) tuna, drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and chop all the vegetables as indicated in the ingredients list.
