Turkey and Onion Pasta Bake

A hearty and comforting dish perfect for a chilly evening with the family.


  • 1 lb Turkey Breast, sliced
  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced turkey breast with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the turkey for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally. This may take about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sliced turkey, and caramelized onions.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
  9. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the flavors have melded together and the top is lightly browned.
