Ingredients
- 1 lb Turkey Breast, sliced
- 1 large Onion, sliced
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced turkey breast with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Grill the turkey for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally. This may take about 20-25 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sliced turkey, and caramelized onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
