This delicious and satisfying turkey gravy sandwich is perfect for a quick and tasty meal for four people.
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked turkey, sliced
- 1 cup gravy
- 8 slices of bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for spreading
Instructions
- Heat the gravy in a saucepan over medium heat until it's warm.
- Add the sliced turkey to the warm gravy and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Toast the bread slices until they are golden brown.
- Spread butter on one side of each toast.
- Place a generous amount of the turkey and gravy mixture on one slice of bread.
- Top it with another slice of bread to create a sandwich.
- Repeat for the remaining slices of bread and turkey mixture.
- Serve the sandwiches warm and enjoy!
