  • 4 turnips
  • 1 bunch of collard greens
  • 4 cups of tea
  • 1 food processor


  1. Start by peeling and chopping the turnips into small cubes.
  2. Wash the collard greens thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.
  3. In a pot, bring the tea to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped turnips and collard greens to the pot.
  5. Let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the turnips are tender.
  6. Once the turnips are cooked, carefully transfer the mixture to a food processor.
  7. Pulse the mixture in the food processor until smooth and creamy.
  8. Return the mixture to the pot and reheat if necessary.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
