  • 4 Ukrainian sausages
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Return the sausages to the skillet and add the can of diced tomatoes. Stir in the paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and let the skillet simmer for about 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
