This recipe is a delightful twist on a classic carrot cake, incorporating the sweetness of apples and the richness of eggs and milk.


  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg and milk together until well combined.
  3. Add the grated apple and mix it into the egg and milk mixture.
