Vegan Pea and Okra Fritters

Pea, Okra, flour, blender


  • 1 cup of peas
  • 1 cup of okra, chopped
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


  1. In a blender, combine the peas, okra, flour, water, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Using a spoon, carefully drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
  5. Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
  7. Serve the fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
