  • 2 onions
  • 4 potatoes
  • Vegan canned fish alternative (chickpeas, jackfruit, or tofu)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable broth


  1. Dice the onions and potatoes.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
