Ingredients
- 500g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
