Ingredients
- 400g yakisoba noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup yakisoba sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Aonori (dried seaweed flakes) for garnish
- Beni shoga (pickled red ginger) for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the onion, carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked yakisoba noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the chicken and vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix together the yakisoba sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Pour the sauce over the yakisoba noodles and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the yakisoba chicken among serving plates and garnish with aonori and beni shoga.
