Ingredients

  • 400g yakisoba noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons yakisoba sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bonito flakes and pickled ginger for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the onion, carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the yakisoba sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce over the top.
  6. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Divide the yakisoba chicken among serving plates and garnish with bonito flakes and pickled ginger if desired.
