Yakisoba Chicken

Ingredients
- 400g yakisoba noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons yakisoba sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bonito flakes and pickled ginger for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the onion, carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the yakisoba sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce over the top.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the yakisoba chicken among serving plates and garnish with bonito flakes and pickled ginger if desired.
